“Operators are mostly looking for shorter lead time and lower prices than before the pandemic”

e are aware that StylGame provides a variety of products suitable for gaming halls, bingo halls, sportsbooks, as well as cruise ships. Could you share an overall description of your current offering for each vertical, and how are StylGame’s products different from other suppliers in the industry? What are the key qualities that set them aside and make operators choose them?

StylGame’s product range is divided into 5 different categories: seats, slot bases, service call, separators, and accessories. This structure is also used in our new website in order to provide an easier and more intuitive navigation experience.

The seats category encompasses chairs for slot machines and table games, sportsbooks, bingo, bench seats as well as bar stools, dealers’ chairs, and higher-end seats. In the slot bases category, we list our two versions of metal slot bases and their accessories, while in the service call category we display the service call system and all its components as well as a clear explanation of what service call is and what advantage it provides to users and players. The separators category has been recently added and it contains a very wide range of social distancing separators available in two versions, polycarbonate and vinyl. The accessories category includes products like stanchions, ashtrays, display holders, etc.

All the products in our range are made with utmost attention to detail and using the latest manufacturing techniques and the best material available in the market. The distinctive design, the outstanding quality, and unparalleled reliability of our products are what set them aside from the competition and the reasons why operators choose StylGame, on top of our unbeatable quality/price ratio.

In which jurisdictions and segments of the industry is StylGame most focused in, and why?

StylGame prides itself on being the go-to casino and gaming equipment supplier of most major operators across all segments of the industry. We manufacture and supply products specifically made for casinos, gaming halls, bingo halls, sportsbooks, and cruise ships. Our main focus is the player hub, which is the set of elements that contributes to the players’ experience as a whole. StylGame is the only company in the world to offer all the player hub components needed to enhance players’ experience and extend players’ time-on-device.

As pandemic regulations ease, retail sportsbooks, gaming halls, and casinos reopen, and we see more sporting events on the agenda, what are the specific demands that StylGame has observed or received from its customers, partners, players, and operators in general? Do you see any shifts between the different verticals? Which role is pent-up demand playing in the business?

The demand for our type of products is finally picking up again and it is very scattered so far. Chairs for sportsbooks, slot machines, and table games seem to be the most demanded immediately followed by slot bases. Operators are mostly looking for shorter lead time and lower prices than before the pandemic as most of them delayed purchasing until the ease of regulations was fully in act.

What are the company’s plans, goals, and expectations for the coming months? In which areas do you see growth potential? Are there any new products or projects the company is currently working on?

StylGame, like most other suppliers, aims at maintaining and strengthening business relationships with its clients, after a difficult year due to the pandemic. The growth potential is surely in sportsbooks and new openings/remodeling projects which have been paused for almost one year and are now ready to be resumed. StylGame has recently introduced a revolutionary chair for slot machines and table games, the Maya chair, which is a breakthrough of design and functionality with a built-in massage backrest that will disrupt the way chairs have been conceived so far. The new StylGame’s website is much more graphic, intuitive, and user friendly, it is also a project the company has been working on during the pandemic and that has recently been launched with success and extremely good acceptance from our audience.
