Nevada Gambling Revenue Record Hits 9 Months

Industry

Don’t look now, but they did it again! Nevada gambling revenue was over $1 billion in November, as reported by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, which marked the 9th month in a row that profits have been that high!

Casinos across the state have reported over $1.32 billion in win, which falls just a bit short of the highest revenue ever generated by Nevada of $1.36 billion. It’s also $100,000 ahead of the numbers for October.

As you might expect, most of the Nevada gambling revenue came from casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. Those properties contributed well over $750 million of the total, which was twice as much money as this time last year.

The state was able to take in more that $93 million in fees and taxes. We’ll have to wait to see if December numbers can keep this record breaking streak alive!
