It’s almost “go time” for the 2024 professional football season! And MGM Resorts sportsbooks, along with the BetMGM NFL betting app, have gone through some changes for this year which players will appreciate. These updates are designed to simplify the sports betting process and expand the options available to bettors. And at the heart of these improvements are exclusive markets driven by Entain’s advanced betting modeling. That new play-by-play simulation-based pricing models, which were first introduced during the 2024 baseball season, are now being utilized for BetMGM NFL betting. This includes a wider array of football betting markets than ever before, according to the company’s announcement.

Additionally, BetMGM has launched nationwide connectivity with a single account and digital wallet, allowing users to place bets across state lines and manage their funds seamlessly across different BetMGM markets. This eliminates the need for multiple registrations. Players can also earn rewards through collaborations with MGM Resorts and Marriott Bonvoy, which can be redeemed for bonuses and hotel stays. In a related development, MGM Resorts and BetMGM have teamed up with the American Gaming Association to support Responsible Gaming Education Month in September. This initiative coincides with both in-person betting at their resorts and online BetMGM NFL betting. The responsible gaming campaign will be promoted at various football stadiums, enhancing the visibility of GameSense.

Those stadiums where GameSense messaging will be featured are Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Mile High in Denver, Ford Field in Detroit, Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Nissan Stadium in Tennessee, State Farm Stadium in Arizona, and MetLife Stadium in New York, home of the Jets. And speaking of the jet’s, two of their former players, Wayne Chrebet and Tony Richardson, will kick off the BetMGM NFL betting season. They will participate in the ‘Kickoff With The Stars’ live dealer blackjack event at BetMGM Casino in New Jersey on September 5th, from 7:30 to 10:00 that evening. Customers in New Jersey will have the opportunity to interact with these Jet’s legends.
