What could you tell us about the event? What were some of the main inquiries you received from attendees approaching your stand?

The SBC Summit this year was quite large, bigger than ever, and it was very exciting. It provided a great opportunity to build new business relationships and connect with various industry professionals. It is always a great pleasure to be here, meet new people, and create new connections.

What were some of the highlights that Slotegrator presented at the summit?

We highlighted a range of products and services, from API integrations to platform creation, platform setup, and licensing assistance. Essentially, we help clients with their entire iGaming operations. If they need games, we provide our API aggregator solution. If they need payment methods, we offer our Moneygrator. And we have our platform solutions as a complete turnkey solution. We are quite heavy on our products. We highlighted all these features at our stand to inform clients of the many new opportunities we offer.

What sets these solutions apart in terms of technology and innovation, such as the use of artificial intelligence?

We wisely integrate artificial intelligence to enhance and innovate our products. We’re using all the latest technological advancements to strengthen our offerings and make them relevant to modern trends. Additionally, we offer a business intelligence module that provides full reports on client operations and how they can grow. As an iGaming aggregator, we also offer many innovative games that are attractive to both players and operators.

The SBC Summit drew an international crowd. What markets were you targeting at this event?

SBC Summit is one of the largest events in the European market, yet it is quite international. We were happy to meet attendees from Asia, Latin America, and CIS countries, which are some of our main target markets. It was great to have the opportunity to meet clients from these regions at the event.

With the online gaming market being so globalized, different markets have varying degrees of regulation and legal frameworks. How does Slotegrator help its partners navigate these complexities?

Today, many operators are seeking new licenses to enter newly regulated markets, which is a positive trend because it helps the industry become safer for the players, operators, and every stakeholder. That is why we assist our partners in obtaining licenses, such as those for Anjouan, Curaçao, Kahnawake, and other regions. If operators want to enter any specific market, we are always ready to negotiate and help them because we really care about our operators and we want them to have a safe environment.

What are some of the trends gaining momentum in the iGaming sector?

One key trend is that operators and players are looking for simplified, user-friendly experiences to understand and interact with online casinos. So, the trend now is on making everything simplified and as user-friendly as possible and at the same time, maintaining mindful and insightful design so players feel entertained and responsible while playing.

Social casinos were highlighted as one of the major phenomena this year. Do you see an opportunity for growth in this area and is it something Slotegrator is looking to incorporate?

Social casino is a quite new trend, and they are working very well
, and we are seeing increasing interest from operators. We are in talks with game providers who can support social casino games. As a platform provider, we are also exploring how we can provide these services to our clients. We’re currently in the investigation process but at the same time, we also operate as a social casino provider. So, any client who is interested in it, they can approach us, and we will help them. They will have full support because we have a team of professionals working in this area. We see that there is a big opportunity here, and it can make a real impact on operators, platform providers, and players.

As we enter the last quarter of the year, are there any new projects or goals for the remainder of the year? What exhibitions will Slotegrator be attending?

We plan to attend almost all the major upcoming exhibitions, with Sigma Malta being the next one. In terms of new products, currently, we are focusing more on quality than quantity. We believe it’s better to make our existing products as strong as possible before releasing new ones. Of course, we remain open to new opportunities. Whenever we identify a chance to innovate and develop a product that can bring real value to the industry, we seize it. We’re proactive in taking these steps, and it’s encouraging to see that our operators share this interest and enthusiasm.
