Four bracelets were awarded yesterday – Michael Noori in the $1,500 Monster Stack, Anthony Koutsos in the $500 Freezeout No-Limit Hold’em, Karolis Sereika in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Super Turbo, & David “Bakes” Baker in the $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw.
Two more will be awarded today. Phil Hellmuth, who recently won his 16th bracelet is in the final 10 of the $10,000 Dealers Choice 6-Handed Championship, with the opportunity to take home a 17th bracelet. Meanwhile 21 players remain in the $50,000 High Roller No-Limit Hold’em 8-Handed, but late registration remains open until the start of Day 2 today.
