Heavy hitters in the international online casino industry have been slowly taking their places in the US-regulated state markets and Swedish iGaming leader, Play’n GO will make its long-awaiting Las Vegas debut at the Global Gaming Expo next week.

This will be the first time the global giant will display its innovations at a major North American trade show after successful launches in New Jersey and the nascent but thriving Ontario market. The company also recently attained a license in Michigan, home of one of the fastest-growing US online gambling verticals.

“Narrative” runs through everything Play’n GO creates and this presentation will be no exception. A new campaign called Stories Start Here, will underpin the company’s real-life saga with a chance to share details of portfolio content, intrinsic commitment to responsible gambling and the firm’s ability to set the pace for quality game releases month in and month out.

This will be Play’n GO’s first “come see” in Las Vegas.

CEO and Co-Founder of Play’n GO, Johan Törnqvist, said: “We think that the story of Play’n GO is a compelling one, and we’re excited to share it with everyone in Las Vegas. The culture and people within our business are what drives us every day to create great entertainment. Our focus on who we are and what we believe in has been part of a phenomenal success story for almost 20 years in Europe.

“But while we continue to grow our existing business, it’s time to go all-in on North America.”

With more than 300 titles under its name, the company spent a decade prior to its 2007 launch creating gaming elements for other developers and only became a “known” brand in 2011 with a complete mobile product.

The new campaign, Stories Start Here, will bring much of the Växjö and Hungarian company’s history to consumer and operator awareness from creating mobile games even before the first iPhone launched to bringing it all home for the hundreds of employees around the globe who keep the story vibrant and alive every day.

As a tier-one European supplier of unique content, the studios are best known in the biggest iGaming markets for games such as Reactoonz, Book of Dead, and Tome of Madness.

Book of Dead became an instant smash hit when released in 2016 and it remains the number one slot in Europe. In September, the game was finally released to US players in New Jersey.

Chief Commercial Officer at Play’n GO, Magnus Olsson, added: “Play’n GO is already well known around the industry for having the best content for both acquisition and retention, but we bring so much more to the table than just the world’s most popular online slot games.”

Ebba Arnred, CMO and Co-Founder of Play’n GO, added: “Our North American story starts here.
