One of the hottest emerging markets for online casinos is Latin America overall with several sizzling specific markets. Vibra Gaming is a Buenos Aires-based online game developer that began its life as Spieldev but when the top dogs at Leander Gaming came over, the founder decided to rebrand the company with a name that better fit the market.

“Spiel ” translates to game or more specifically “slot game” from German and of course, the “dev” part indicated that Spieldev was a slot developer. Now that the studio’s name fits the market, the firm is making deals to get its library of video slots, video bingos, and other games out to wider markets. One of those recent agreements was with Groove.

Groove is an aggregation and platform specialist with clients in multiple world markets. Aggregation is simply the bringing together of a variety of online casino games and allowing operators to integrate them into their casinos with a simple API or application programming interface. It’s a plug-and-play module full of casino games, so to speak.

Groove’s GroovePlay aggregation platform will be the recipient and host of a select list of Vibra’s best-performing content including video bingo, table games, branded and bespoke casino slots, and all of its classic content that is compatible with local and regional lottery operators.

LATAM Games for the World

Much of Vibra’s content is highly localized and a number of its most successful games include Condorito, Popeye, Fruity 7, Mystic Joker, Patagonia Wild, Piggy Cash, Quake, and Wild Gems, among many others.

Vibra Gaming joins an ever-expanding list of developers that are taking advantage of GroovePlay as well as the white-label casinos operating on Groove’s GrooveOn program. The providers are unique and diverse, with some brands known as household names in the online gambling community.

Group adds over 100 games to its aggregation platform every month thanks to cooperative agreements with game houses such as Vibra.

As accolades go within the industry, last year Vibra Gaming took home honors for LatAm Rising Star in Sports Betting & Casino from SBC, and earlier this month it pulled down the Silver award at SBC Latinoamerica Awards 2022.

The most recent prize was awarded for the Vibra “Scratch-a-lot” which is based on the mechanics of instant win lottery tickets. The product successfully melds the entertainment of playing a slot machine with the instant adrenaline rush of scratching an instant win ticket. It’s not available in all regulatory jurisdictions as some regions do not allow offshore online casinos to offer lottery products.

Vibra on a Starward Trajectory

Those familiar with Vibra CEO, Ramiro Atucha are not surprised to see the company is on a starward trajectory and their content fits perfectly with Groove’s mission of helping player-focused operators find their groove in a highly competitive industry.

Groove has been “at it” for six years now and continues to grow its backbone and portfolio of partnerships. Among the services and integrated functionalities at Groove are payment processors, an automated KYC system (know your customer), affiliate networks, integrated AI, and a host of tier-one game developers. There are over 60 providers on the platform and more than 5,000 games.

Vibra Gaming’s Ramiro Atucha said: “We are thrilled to work with Groove. This is a fantastic opportunity for Vibra Gaming to further increase our potential across a multitude of mature, developing, and emerging markets via a dynamic ecosystem of operators and casino brands clustered around Groove.”

Groove co-founder and chief operating officer, Yahale Meltzer added: “The iGaming industry in LatAm is rapidly expanding and, as one of the industry’s pioneers, we are dedicated to providing our operator cluster with the widest possible selection of proven, best-performing games. We are delighted to integrate Vibra’s portfolio and make it available to our customers for the first time. Vibra’s leading position in LatAm is a positive strategic component that will drive further growth across this growing region.”
