Gambling at Dave & Buster’s will soon be allowed for loyalty members who are over 18 old, with real money betting on games.The company has partnered with Lucra Sports, a white label gamification software company out of Connecticut.
Within the next several months, customers will be able to gambling at Dave & Buster’s by placing a friendly $5 wager on various entertainment options, from the Hot Shots basketball game to a Skee-Ball, as well as other arcade favorites. The new feature will be accessible through the company’s mobile app.
Senior VP of Entertainment and Attractions at the company, Simon Murray, stated that “This new partnership gives our loyalty members real-time, unrivaled gaming experiences, and reinforces our commitment to continuing to elevate our customer experience through innovative, cutting-edge technology.”

With a loyal following of five million members, plus 30 million unique visitors every year, the company has seen its stock surge by over 50% just in the past year.
