Soft2Bet: “We are looking forward to hosting our MEGA workshop on the second day of the SBC Summit”

Industry

With a strong foothold in the European iGaming market, Soft2Bet continues to navigate the challenges of a highly regulated environment by offering innovative solutions like its gamification platform, Motivational Engineering Gaming Application (MEGA). Designed to drive player engagement and boost operator revenues, MEGA has become a key tool in balancing compliance with growth.

The company is set to present MEGA at the SBC Summit in Lisbon, scheduled to take place from September 24 to 26 at Feira Internacional De Lisboa.

In an interview with Yogonet ahead of the event, Ben Scobie-Trumper, Senior Sales Manager, Soft2Bet, discussed the company’s position in the European market and its efforts to expand its gamification platform. Trumper will also lead a workshop showcasing MEGA’s latest updates and its impact on player engagement and revenue growth at the event.

What new products and services will the company present and highlight at SBC in Lisbon?

As a company that focuses on innovation and leveraging the best of new technologies, we continue to introduce audiences to our Motivational Engineering Gaming Application (MEGA), the leading gamification solution for the iGaming industry. MEGA is unique in that it delivers sustainable profitability for our partners by creating highly engaging gaming experiences and building lasting connections in iGaming.

With this in mind I am really looking forward to hosting a MEGA workshop on the second day of the SBC Summit, where I will showcase the latest platform updates and how we implement data-driven iGaming solutions that drive high engagement, loyalty, lifetime values and revenues for operators.

How would you describe the company’s current position in the European market? What are some of your major clients in the region?

Soft2bet is a trusted provider throughout Europe both for platform solutions in regulated markets and our innovative gamification suite, MEGA. The results that MEGA produces for our partners is outstanding and we continue to focus on developing our activities in the region.

With Europe being highly regulated, the regulatory pressure on operators is ever present and, in some markets, this has resulted in tough environments. This can be seen with some highly restrictive compliance requirements such as marketing and bonus restrictions that impose extra costs and strict operating guidelines. MEGA is the perfect solution to address these challenges as it drives interaction between operators and their players in compliance with those regulations whilst engaging and entertaining them.

Can you share with us some of the company’s major goals for the reminder of the year?

We will be introducing MEGA as an API-based standalone solution that can be added to operators’ existing offering, regardless of their platform provider. That project will broaden the reach of the MEGA platform and demonstrate its value. We will also be launching an updated Bonus Dice feature and are focusing our efforts on a new gamification engine that will soon be on the market.

Which are the major trends that you see gaining momentum in the online gaming sector?

As the industry continues to refine its product portfolios and how it addresses players,  gamification, localisation and customisation continue to be key themes that dominate discussions of iGaming trends.

As a group, we have been pioneers in this and in changing the narrative around player acquisition, engagement and using quality gamified content to interact with players and drive volumes through gamification. This focus on data-driven iGaming solutions has enabled us to balance regulatory compliance and  sustainable commercial growth and we will continue to focus on that to keep on growing.
