Super Bowl LIX set records for FanDuel Sportsbook, as more than 16.6 million bets were placed by close to three million active users! The company also announced that fans who picked Eli Manning are celebrating alongside the Philadelphia Eagles, as Eli defeated his elder brother in the FanDuel Kick of Destiny 3 contest.

Ahead of the kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday, Peyton and Eli battled in a field goal contest on live television during pregame show on Fox. After Peyton’s attempt missed with a bounce off the upright, Eli’s kick sailed through to award him the victory.

FanDuel Sportsbook customers were able to make a free pick on which Manning they thought would win, and customers who correctly picked Eli won an equal share of $10 million in Bonus Bets. Eli officially has another Super Bowl win, and fans who backed him were each granted $10 in Bonus Bets.

Additional stats around payouts and picks that highlight this years Super Bowl include more than 16 million bets on FanDuel, almost three million active users placing a bet on the game, and close to two million fans participating in the Kick of Destiny contest, where over one million picked Eli to win.

Picking the MVP winner as Jalen Hurts was the second most popular bet on the FanDuel Sportsbook, with fans predicted a high scoring game by selecting the Over on the 48.5 point total. FanDuel is the largest brand and US online sports betting leader for parent company Flutter.
