Stakelogic signs “key partnership” content deal with BetCity in Netherlands newly opened online gambling market

Casino News

Online casino software developer Stakelogic has entered into a “key partnership” with Dutch operator BetEnt BV for the launch of its recently-established online sportsbook, BetCity.nl, in the newly regulated Netherlands market.

One of only 10 companies to receive a license to offer games of chance over the internet in the Dutch market, open from October 1st, 2021, BetEnt will broaden its range of services to now include online casino games.

Slots suite:

The deal makes Stakelogic’s full suite of slots, including popular new releases like 9 Pyramids of Fortune and Midas Wilds, which offer an array of features such as extra spins, symbol avalanches and multiplier wilds, available to BetCity’s existing sports bettors. Players will also have access to some of the provider’s classic slots, including top performers like Mystery Drop, Midas Wilds and Black Gold 2 Megaways, which offer a more traditional land-based-type gaming experience combined with modern features such as Super Stake bet modes and Megaways paylines.

Stephan van den Oetelaar, Chief Executive Officer for Stakelogic, used a company press release to comment on the new alliance, stating…

“With BetCity being one of only 10 new companies entering the regulated market, we’re delighted that they’ve chosen to spearhead their casino offering with the full suite of Stakelogic slots and live games.”

Noting the significance of the collaboration, the CEO added that having the “key partnership” in place will allow them to “reach a new audience around the globe” and they “look forward to enjoying a long and successful relationship with BetCity in the years to come.”

Live Studio access:

In addition to Stakelogic’s diverse slots portfolio, BetCity will also gain access to the developer’s dedicated live casino table games, which are broadcast 24/7 out of Stakelogic Live Studios based in Birkirkara, Malta, and powered by Oryx Gaming, a partner since 2019.

This will allow customers to choose from a range of casino staples such as roulette, blackjack and baccarat table games, which aim to mirror the experience of a brick-and-mortar casino from their home.

Also commenting on the collaboration, Melvin Bostelaar, Chief Executive Officer for BetCity said they look forward to working with Stakelogic.

The CEO lauded Stakelogic’s games as “the most popular in the Netherlands.” He added that they are “pleased to offer slots that are very popular online and also in our landbased casino.” Bostelaar goes on to explain that slots like Multiplayer4player and Wild Moon jackpot, and classics such as Grandslam deluxe, Random Player4player and Club 2000 deluxe will be an “important part” of their slots offering.

“This will help the Dutch regulated market to improve the level of channelisation.”

A win-win for both companies, the agreement will see BetCity strengthen its push into casino gaming aided by Stakelogic’s most popular titles, and in turn, the latter able to introduce its full range of slots and live casino products to a worldwide sports betting audience.

The deal is on the heels of the launch of Midas Wilds, courtesy of UK-based iGaming content developer Reflex Gaming and powered by the innovative Super Stake game mechanic via the wildly successful  Stakelogic Partner Program.
