Esports and gaming conference CEC Live to hold two-day November edition in Atlantic City

The organizers of the CEC Live Conference have announced the dates of the gaming and esports event’s upcoming editions. CEC Live will be coming to New Jersey on November 6-7 at Resorts Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City for what its producers promise will be “an electrifying two-day experience that will redefine the future of gaming.”

“Prepare to immerse yourself in the captivating world of gaming and innovation as CEC Live brings together visionaries, entrepreneurs, and industry experts for a trailblazing summit,” a press release describes the expo. “This dynamic gathering will delve deep into topics such as Esports, technology, virtual reality (VR), wagering, skill, and immersive experiences.”

The conference will focus on how these advancements and technologies can integrate into different verticals within the gaming space, “revolutionizing the industry.” The event promises a varied lineup of speakers, panels and workshops, with renowned experts set to explore verticals including gambling and wagering, professional Esports, Esports and video gaming ecosystems, cultural aspects, Esports marketing, and the impact on tourism.

The CEC Live expo was created 8 years ago by brothers Ari and Ben Fox with the mission to bridge the gap between the gambling and Esports industries. Today, it has evolved into a platform that provides education and fosters collaboration across various domains, having expanded its scope to encompass Cryptocurrency, Web 3, NFTs, the Metaverse, immersive experiences, VR, augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR), among other topics.

Past editions of the event featured industry figures like Jan Jones Blackhurst, Ahman Green, Charles Oakley, Bill Pascrell III, and Seth Schorr, sharing their insights with the audience. “CEC Live’s Atlantic City debut is an unforgettable experience for gaming enthusiasts, professionals, and innovators alike,” the event’s announcement release adds.

In addition to the summit, the Fox brothers, founders of Gameacon, are also planning CEC Live events in California, with further details “to be announced soon.” Agua Caliente Casinos will host CEC Live!, a conference that combines esports, VR, AR, table games, and new entertainment in March 2024 at the Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage.

Ahead of the upcoming editions, Yogonet held an exclusive interview with CEC Live producers Ari and Ben Fox. “We’re coming to that point in the casino industry where their offerings are becoming outdated,” the brothers said, noting that “getting a new source of entertainment that is relevant to new players is imperative.” You can revisit that interview here.
